Eligibility

Products and pricing

All prices are in USD. We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and prices accurate. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when your payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and the total shown at checkout is the amount charged. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable — in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are valid only during their stated dates and for the products and conditions described. Discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and refunds

You may return products within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Warranties

Products are covered by the warranty shown on the product page, as described on our Warranty page. Except for those warranties, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied.

Safe use of equipment

Outdoor power equipment can cause serious injury if misused. Always read and follow the operator's manual and all safety instructions, and wear appropriate protective equipment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, submit false or malicious content, or use the store for any unlawful purpose.

The content of this site, including text, graphics and design, belongs to Cubcade LLC or its licensors. Product names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
