We ship qualifying products within US. Large equipment uses scheduled freight or dealer-coordinated delivery; smaller equipment may use parcel service.
Order processing
Estimated handling and transit windows are displayed at checkout or in the confirmation email. Delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, remote destinations or appointment availability may extend delivery.
Freight delivery
The carrier will contact you when an appointment is required. Inspect the packaging and equipment before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact promptly with photographs.
Free shipping promotions
Free shipping applies only while the relevant campaign is active and its order/product conditions are satisfied. The checkout server determines eligibility from the promotion record.
