Return window

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. There are no restocking fees.

Condition of returned items

• Items should be in new or like-new condition, with all accessories, manuals and hardware included.
• Please reuse the original packaging or crate where possible so the equipment travels safely.
• For safety reasons, carriers cannot transport equipment containing fuel. If fuel or oil has been added, it must be fully drained before pickup.
• Items that arrived damaged or defective can always be returned, regardless of condition.

How to start a return

1. Email info@Cubcade.shop or call +1 917-590-2721 with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
3. We provide a prepaid shipping label for parcel items, or schedule a free freight pickup for large equipment.
4. Once the item arrives and is inspected, we issue your refund.

Please do not send items back without a return authorization — unannounced shipments can be refused by our warehouse or delayed in processing.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. Cubcade pays for the return label or freight pickup whether you changed your mind or the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to post the credit. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. The full purchase price is refunded; because shipping is free, there are no shipping charges to deduct.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. You may choose a replacement, a repair where practical, or a full refund — all at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different model, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the equipment you need.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped, it is handled as a return under this policy once it is delivered.
