Return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in substantially new condition with original documentation, accessories and packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Authorization required
Email with your order number, reason for return and photographs when relevant. Do not ship equipment until you receive return instructions and an authorization.
Return shipping
Customer-remorse return freight and any non-refundable carrier charges may be deducted from the refund. Cubcade covers approved shipping damage or fulfillment errors.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank may require additional processing time.
