At this time it's too early to tell if this is an Excellent or Good product. It rides nice and cuts like a mower should but I want to see how it will hold up over time therefore I'm only giving it 4 stars at the moment.

I've had the rider for a few weeks. I went from a regular lawn mower to this rider. The learning curve was huge. First off was I had no clue it was coming in on multiple pallets plus a wooden crate. A joy to get the heavy unit off from about 10" height. The starting instructions were not clear. I wish they had a QR code to a video that can better guide a novice owner. It took me a while to figure out the steps that needed to be performed before the unit turned on. It runs loud so I had to purchased ear protection. The ride is all I imagined and it felt like steering my old childhood green machine. It can easily maneuver in tight spots, go slow. It come with a standard blades but I wish they had a purchase option for mulching blades. Tip: Purchase a 5 gallon gas container if you don't have one already. I had shipping issues but "do not post on product review" I'm not allowed to comment.

So far nice mower with good extra features but some quirks and lacking documentation. First getting this mower was a complete nightmare. The "free home delivery" ended up with me getting a trailer and going to my local store to pick it up. The trucking company could not deliver this to a residential address. So it went to the local store witha promise of home delivery in 2 days, that five minutes later turned into 2 weeks later. Delivery aside after uncrating, adding gas and conecting the battery I was able to drive it off the trailer. The side exit chute was in the upright postition with no directions to release it. Warning if you just pull it down you will be bending a bracket. There is a small metal piece installed out of sight that needs to be removed. This is nowhere in the so called manual. I only have 8 hours on it so far but no issues yet except the gas gauge is not accurate. With the tank full to the brim the gauge reads 3/4 full. The seat is comfortable but I did have to adjust the seat belt brackets as they are pointed so far inward they dig into my sides. Manual could be much better.
